These terms explain the conditions for using Warifuru.
Service Scope
Warifuru is a free tool that helps create seating charts, groups, and brackets. It supports classroom work but does not replace your own judgment or review.
Input Data
You are responsible for managing the content you enter. When entering student names or similar information, follow the rules of your school or organization and use only what is necessary.
Prohibited Acts
You must not use the service in a way that violates laws or public order, infringes third-party rights, places excessive load on the service, or interferes with service operation.
Advertising
The service may display advertisements. The operator does not control or guarantee ad content, linked destinations, or services provided by advertising partners.
Disclaimer
The service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability of generated results. Always review results before using them.
Liability
If the operator is liable in connection with the service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred.
Changes
The operator may change these terms in response to changes in the service, applicable rules, advertising delivery, or similar circumstances. Important changes will be shown clearly within the service together with the change details and effective date. If you continue using the service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, any dispute relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
